    I have recently 'discovered' the dish called, in variations, Camerones Diabla. It is a spicy prawns with mushrooms, peppers, onions and a beautiful sauce. El Palmar makes the best one in Novato, CA. Their refried beans...you can actually tell that they came from the pinto bean as they are not all smooth and bland tasting. The hot sauces at El Palmar are also exceptional.
