Consider another place if you care about customer service. The inability to speak to a person when calling the number foreshadowed the quality of customer service-- the worst out of all the apartments in the area. The only option when calling the number is to leave a message. I visited the place and did not feel welcomed at all. The exterior isn't great, the layout of the rooms are poor, and the interior is mediocre (at best).

The review gets 2 stars instead of 1 star because the person showing me the rooms was knowledgeable enough, answered questions, and didn't say anything offensive. However, it was clear that he was not going to tell me anything about the apartments unless I asked. I wouldn't be surprised if someone already signed on the rooms I visited, and the viewing was to humor my inquiry.
